Dates of Determination
At the end of each grading period, each school has a small 10-day window to figure out each student-athlete's GPA and classify each one as Eligible, Ineligible, or on Academic Probation for the following grading period by a date, called the Date of Determination, set forth by the Mission Valley Athletic League (MVAL). Once the Date of Determination has passed for that grading period, each student's eligibility status is set in stone and will not change until the next Date of Determination, regardless of any "updated grades" or "progress reports". There are no exceptions to this as each school falls under the jurisdiction of the MVAL, North Coast Section (NCS), and California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) and are bound by the Date of Determination.
MVAL Admission Fees
Admission prices are valid for ALL Mission Valley Athletic League contests. MVAL playoff events are not included in this pricing schedule.
Additionally, individual school sponsored tournaments and/or contests played outside of the MVAL including but not limited to non-league or playoff games may have different pricing schedules.
